Project Description: Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 15,000 sq. ft. 3-building Spiritual Complex which consists of a new acoustically designed Chapel, a Classroom building and a Multi-purposeBuilding with commercial cooking facilities and Corp offices. The completed project has provided basic community services to the City of Cathedral City which were lacking since previously adopted budget cuts were initiated by the City. Project cost was $3.5M.

In 2009, PAI was invited back to design an Emergency Vehicle Garage which houses the Salvation Army’s mobile Food Kitchen in the event of a major catastrophic incident. Project cost was $900K.

In 2013, PAI was engaged to begin the design and planning for a 10,000 SF Gymnasium and Classroom Building which will begin construction in late 2015 and was completed in mid 2016.
